It is reported that the T3-0.13-inch micro-display uses the nanopore quantum dot (NPQD®) technology independently developed by CEFILES, which achieves high integration of RGB three-color pixels on a single blue light wafer through quantum dot color conversion.

Leveraging the high luminous efficiency, small size, and high reliability of NPQD® technology, the T3 is feasible for mass production. This product uses a 0.13-inch panel with a resolution of 320*240 and a subpixel pitch of 4µm. This solution combines the advantages of lightweight design and low power consumption, significantly reducing the manufacturing cost of full-color MicroLED displays.
Regarding end products, SFLS revealed that it is currently developing AR glasses based on the T1-0.13-inch monochrome microdisplay with its partner Leyard, and plans to launch a new generation of AR glasses equipped with a T3-0.13-inch full-color display by the end of 2025.
According to available information, CEFLOS was founded in 2017 and is a provider of quantum dot Micro LED products and solutions. The company's current products include the R-series Micro LED chips for commercial large-screen displays, the M-series Micro LED chips for automotive and watch screens, and the T-series Micro LED microdisplays for AR/VR headsets.
