This product adopts an ultra-thin design, MIP packaging technology, innovative micro-hole array and other design and technology, and has passed the latest CTP1.4.3 standard certification of the Digital Cinema Initiatives (DCI).
Leyard stated that as the nationwide application of LED cinema screens is in a phase of rapid development, Huaxia Leyard has innovatively launched an ultra-thin LED cinema screen solution, providing an ideal choice for cinema upgrades and renovations.
According to reports, this product is the first to adopt industry-leading high-tech composite ultra-lightweight materials and pioneers the application of a "boxless lightweight" structural design to the cinema screen field. Compared to traditional LED cinema screen products, the new product can reduce the weight per square meter by nearly 30% and the thickness by 38%, which can significantly reduce the load on the auditorium and meet the renovation needs of more cinemas, achieving the goal of "uncomplicated renovation and no wasted space".

Furthermore, the lightweight design brings about a comprehensive improvement in installation and maintenance efficiency. The enclosure-less structure effectively simplifies the installation process, increases installation speed, and significantly shortens the construction cycle. At the same time, troubleshooting and component replacement are more convenient, greatly reducing fault repair time and ensuring the continuous operation of the cinema.
In terms of performance, the Huanyingdao 4K 16m LED acoustically transparent cinema screen adopts advanced MIP packaging technology, significantly improving overall stability and further enhancing optical performance. It boasts high optical consistency and high reliability, meeting the stringent requirements of cinema-grade products for color consistency and long-term operational reliability. Furthermore, the product supports an ultra-high refresh rate of 7680Hz and high frame rate playback of 4K 120fps, providing viewers with a smooth and immersive visual experience.
It is worth noting that this product adopts a brand-new acoustically transparent cinema screen solution, which uses an advanced micro-hole array acoustic structure with an opening rate of ≥18%, so that the sound pressure can perfectly match the cinema sound system, thereby eliminating the blocking effect of traditional LED screens on the main sound channel.
The fully transparent sound solution can not only be effectively compatible with the existing audio design of old cinemas, but also save costs for cinemas to "upgrade from the old" and enable cinemas to improve and optimize sound effects without changing the original audio design.
