According to the Changzhi Daily, on March 7, Changzhi High-tech Zone and Chongqing Konka Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement on the construction of an MLED advanced manufacturing center and future display terminal product project.
Chongqing Konka Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Konka Optoelectronics") is a subsidiary of Konka Group. The MLED Advanced Manufacturing Center and Future Display Terminal Product Project, which is being developed in cooperation with Changzhi High-tech Zone, is planned to be built in three phases. It mainly engages in the research, development, production and sales of MLED display technology and is committed to building the company's North China regional headquarters.
According to public information, Konka mainly focuses on the research and development of Micro LED-related products in the optoelectronic field. Its subsidiary, Chongqing Konka Optoelectronics, specializes in the Mini/Micro LED field and has achieved a full-industry chain technology and product layout, including LED epitaxial wafer production, wafer manufacturing, backplane design, mass transfer, and terminal system application solutions.

In terms of technological innovation, Konka has achieved certain results in the field of Mini/Micro LED technology, especially in hybrid mass transfer technology, where Chongqing Konka Optoelectronics has achieved a monochrome transfer repair yield of 99.999%.
In terms of product innovation, in February of this year, Konka launched the G9W Mini Al-LED Art Wallpaper TV, equipped with a 3840x2160 resolution 165Hz panel. The 65-inch version has 392 color zones, and the 75-inch version has 512 color zones. It supports MEMC Pro frame interpolation and covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
