CITE 2025 Live Coverage: A Glimpse of Products from 7 Companies Including TCL CSOT and Tianma

The 13th China Information Technology Expo (CITE 2025) was held in Shenzhen from April 9th ​​to 11th, with the theme "Technology Leading, Innovation Gathering in Shenzhen". Display manufacturers such as TCL CSOT, Tianma Microelectronics, Hehui Optoelectronics, and Longteng Optoelectronics showcased their products at the expo.

TCL CSOT <br /> At this exhibition, TCL CSOT showcased its HVA TV screens, low-power OLED displays, round-off eye-protection screens, printed OLED displays, moth-eye bionic screens, and ambient light adaptive TV screens.

Specifically, the HVA Ultra Starry Sky Screen, which boasts the highest picture quality from TCL CSOT, achieves a 178° wide viewing angle, 98% DCI-P3 wide color gamut, and a 2.9mm narrow bezel on three sides through independent HVA technology research and innovation, with picture quality comparable to OLED.

TCL CSOT showcased its first mass-produced printed OLED 4K display, which utilizes advanced printed OLED technology, boasts a 120Hz high refresh rate, and features a unique three-sided bezel-less design to enhance the screen-to-body ratio. The display was recently delivered to a customer in Wuhan, with current production capacity at 5.5K units and plans to expand to over 10K units in the future.

TCL CSOT's ambient light adaptive TV screen utilizes advanced a-Si In-cell Sensor technology. Its intelligent light-sensing system automatically adjusts brightness and color temperature (OD) based on ambient light, ensuring the image is always at its optimal display level. In terms of energy efficiency, the product effectively reduces power consumption through adaptive adjustment.

TCL CSOT showcased a moth-eye bionic eye-protection tablet and a world's lowest-power OLED display. The former reduces reflection, glare, and blue light, while the latter features low power consumption and an environmentally friendly design.

In addition, TCL CSOT also showcased a series of innovative products, including the world's thinnest LCD laptop screen, the world's first high-migration oxide 144Hz 3K tablet, the world's thinnest LCD monitor, and the world's first 2.8K 240Hz high refresh rate eye-protection laptop screen.

Tianma Microelectronics <br /> At this exhibition, Tianma Microelectronics focused on showcasing its automotive display products.

Tianma's 13-inch dual-screen multi-curvature integrated black automotive OLED display features a multi-curvature design (curvature radius covering R800mm to R2160mm). It organically integrates the driver's information display and the passenger's entertainment display through Corning Cold Form technology, improving the readability of driving information and the interactive experience.

The product features Corning Gorilla Glass 100 Black Lens technology, reducing module reflectivity to 0.5% and color deviation Delta E < 0.8, making the dual-screen boundary almost "invisible" when the screen is off, creating an integrated large-screen visual effect. Simultaneously, the product also incorporates Tianma's independently developed SLOD (Layered Device) and TPOT (Thin Film Touch) technologies, boasting high contrast, low power consumption, narrow bezels, and long lifespan.

In addition, Tianma Microelectronics also showcased its cutting-edge achievements, including ultra-narrow bezels, high-resolution flexible screens, and low-power displays.

Hehui Optoelectronics showcased its panel products for mobile phones, tablets, monitors, and automotive displays at CITE 2025.

Hehui Optoelectronics supports 11.3-inch AMOLED tablet products with VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) flexible through-hole technology. With its IGZO technology and OLB bending innovation design, it has successfully achieved ultra-narrow bezels, low power consumption and a variable refresh rate of 1~120Hz. At the same time, it is equipped with stacked OLED devices and through-hole technology, which further endows the flexible tablet with advantages such as high brightness, long life and high transmittance.

In the automotive display field, Hehui Optoelectronics showcased a 13-inch 2.5K tandem AMOLED display. Through tandem OLED technology, it can achieve a high brightness of 1500 nits globally and 2500 nits at its peak. At the same time, the lifespan of OLED is 4 times longer than that of single-layer OLED, the power consumption of the product is reduced by 30%, the product has 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, and the contrast ratio exceeds one million.

At this exhibition, Hehui Optoelectronics also showcased products such as a 6.02-inch FHD+ flexible AMOLED mobile phone display, a 27-inch 4K 120HZ AMOLED desktop monitor, and a 1.5-inch LTPO flexible AMOLED circular wearable display.

Longteng Optoelectronics <br /> At this exhibition, Longteng Optoelectronics showcased a number of achievements, including multi-zone Mini-LED, dynamic privacy protection products, and large-size in-cell touch integrated products.

Longteng Optoelectronics showcased its 14-inch human-computer interaction privacy screen, which supports switching between "sharing mode" and "privacy mode" via buttons, voice control, and gestures. The screen boasts a resolution of 1920*1200, a contrast ratio of 1500:1, and 100% sRGB color gamut. With a brightness of up to 1000 nits and low blue light eye protection features, it is suitable for high-end business laptops.

In the field of automotive displays, Longteng Optoelectronics showcased a 12.3-inch privacy-protected automotive touchscreen. The screen features FHD high-definition resolution, an optimal viewing angle of approximately 60 degrees at 1000 nits brightness, and supports switching between privacy-protected and sharing modes.

For the healthcare industry, the company offers 8.4-inch, 12.1-inch, and 15-inch displays, supporting simultaneous display of multiple waveforms to meet clinical monitoring needs. The newly launched 21.5-inch display features a large size and high brightness, enabling it to display more information and assisting medical staff in observation.

In addition, Longteng Optoelectronics also showcased a variety of display products, including Mini-LED series, laptop series, and mobile series.

Dahui International <br /> As a partner of AU Optronics, Dahui International showcased its next-generation Micro LED transparent display at CITE 2025.

The product utilizes a transparent glass substrate and miniaturized LED chips, boasting an ultra-long lifespan of 100,000 hours, an ultra-high brightness of 1200 nits, and an ultra-high light transmittance of 80%. Combined with its low power consumption, the Micro LED transparent display maintains a clear display effect even outdoors or in strong light environments. Furthermore, it supports seamless multi-panel splicing expansion, eliminating screen seams through special optical design and modular structure to meet the needs of ultra-large displays.

Philips TVs <br /> Philips TVs showcased products at the exhibition, including the 75-inch QD-MiniLED Mural AI TV MLED960 and the 75-inch Surround Light TV PUF8568.

The Philips MLED960 TV features the new QD-MiniLED technology, a 288Hz refresh rate, MEMC image stabilization, and a 93% (DCI-P3) wide color gamut. Furthermore, the MLED960 boasts the P5 AI picture enhancement engine, which uses advanced AI algorithms to deeply optimize and process images, comprehensively enhancing color, contrast, and sharpness while reducing noise and tearing.

The Philips 75-inch PUF8568 Ambient Light TV uses a sophisticated algorithm built into Ambient Light to intelligently identify screen content and accurately extend colors into the surrounding environment. Simultaneously, Ambient Light technology adjusts ambient light to balance screen and surrounding brightness, effectively reducing visual strain and protecting the eyes while watching television.

Play your dreams
At this exhibition, domestic virtual reality (VR) headset manufacturer Playful Dreams showcased the world's first Android-based spatial computer – Playful Dreams MR.

The product features dual 8K Micro-OLED screens with 27MP resolution, 3882 PPI, a 90Hz refresh rate, 92% DCI-P3 coverage, and a central PPD of 45, providing extremely high resolution and color performance. It also incorporates a self-developed ultra-light resin pancake optical solution and a 12mm eye box design to eliminate vignetting at the lens edges, ensuring clear vision when worn.
