On April 23, at the Shanghai Auto Show, Xingyu Technology, Ouye Semiconductor and Jingneng Optoelectronics officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. The three parties will carry out in-depth cooperation around the "full independent industrial chain ecosystem" and jointly develop the iVISION intelligent headlight.
This strategic cooperation aims to integrate the advantageous resources of the upstream and downstream of the industry chain to form an independent and controllable industry chain, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of China's automotive lighting industry.

Xingyu Technology is a major automotive lighting supplier in China, specializing in the design, development, manufacturing, and sales of front lights, rear lights, and interior and exterior lights for automobiles (especially passenger cars). Its clients include many domestic and international automakers.
Founded in 2021, Ouye Semiconductor is a supplier of system-on-a-chip (SoC) chips and solutions focusing on the third-generation E/E architecture for intelligent vehicles. The company was initiated by its founding team and SDIC Capital, and its shareholders include automotive companies such as SAIC Venture Capital, Xingyu Automotive Lighting, and Joyson Electronics, as well as numerous investment institutions.
Founded in 2006, Lattice Semiconductor is a vertically integrated semiconductor optoelectronic product provider with core underlying chip technologies. The company provides global customers with LED (epitaxy, chip, packaging, and module) light sources and sensing sensor products and solutions.
The iVISION Smart Eye Headlight is the main achievement of this collaboration. This product integrates the technological advantages of all three parties, achieving full-range ADB high beam functionality. It also employs a pioneering self-closed-loop algorithm, a domestically produced supply chain, and features ultra-wide beam angle, ultra-high brightness, and a high pixel count. Reportedly, the headlight integrates the world's first automotive-grade dedicated SoC chip and the first domestically produced Micro LED light source chip, aiming to improve algorithm performance and luminous efficiency.
