The LED direct-view display market showed significant development potential in 2025. The much-anticipated COB technology is moving from "high-end customization" to "standardization and popularization". Against the backdrop of COB technology gradually becoming the mainstream display technology, Hongli Display, a subsidiary of Hongli Zhihui Group, has launched the Hongping 2nd Generation COB-Mini LED product with a forward-looking technology layout. The product adopts COB (Chip on Board) chip-level packaging technology, and the product specifications cover P0.78/P0.93/P1.25/P1.56 to meet the needs of different customers and different solutions, and provide customized services.

The Hongping 2nd Generation LED displays feature small-pitch LEDs as their core product. The P0.9 pixel density reaches 1.1377 million dots/㎡, with brightness uniformity ≥98%, color deviation controlled within ±0.003, and a high contrast ratio of 20000:1. The module size is 150*168.75mm, with a seam ≤0.1mm, resulting in a seamless and uninterrupted image. Combined with a matte finish, it provides a clear, comfortable, and fatigue-free visual experience for both close-up viewing and panoramic viewing. The product complies with 3C, EMC CLASS-A, CE, RoHS, and energy-saving certifications.

01 Flexible Space, Worry-Free Maintenance <br /> Removable back cover, supports customer customization; supports full front maintenance and partial rear maintenance, without disassembling the entire screen, especially suitable for scenarios such as narrow spaces/embedded installations/fast-response maintenance.

02 Dual Protection, Stable Online Operation <br /> Supports dual power input and adopts an independent dual signal channel design (with intelligent switching) to ensure the stability and continuity of signal transmission; supports dual power backup, so a single point of failure does not affect the overall operation, making it suitable for high-reliability scenarios (such as command centers and studios).

<br /> The product is 30% lighter and 40% thinner than traditional SMD enclosures, saving on transportation costs and improving installation efficiency.

The integrated die-casting process and precision structural components of the lamp panel top column design ensure a flatness index of ≤0.1mm, preventing any dents in the middle of the lamp panel after assembly.

05 Simplify complexity and easily deploy <br /> Optimized board layout space, with ample screw hole and power supply mounting positions for convenient installation.

06. Safe and foolproof circuit design for safe installation . The lamp board connector pins are designed to prevent incorrect insertion, eliminating the risk of board burnout due to reverse installation. Even beginners can install it without any mistakes.

07 Universal Design, Worry-Free Inventory <br /> The universal design of all modules allows for bulk inventory management, eliminating the need for A/B board distinctions and reducing the number of SKUs by 50%.

09 Low Temperature and Uniform Heat Dissipation, Superior Quality <br /> The system card is placed on the back of the cabinet, and the power supply is close to the die-cast cabinet, which improves heat dissipation efficiency and avoids the module temperature rise caused by excessive heat from the system card and power supply. The heat distribution is more uniform, eliminating the phenomenon of local "blue or red" coloration of the module caused by heat.
