Recently, Coolpad Group announced a deep strategic partnership with smart glasses company Inmotech. The two parties will form an "AI+AR Integration Innovation Working Group" to accelerate the evolution of smart terminal forms by focusing on key technologies such as lightweighting of AI large models, virtual-real interaction algorithms, multimodal perception fusion, and computing power synergy between AR devices and mobile phones.
In terms of distribution channels, Coolpad will fully open its global online e-commerce platform, offline retail network, and operator resources to help Yingmu Technology expand its market. The two companies also plan to jointly plan a global brand marketing campaign to generate phenomenal buzz for their AI×AR smart glasses.
Coolpad Group is a well-known domestic smart terminal manufacturer that has been actively expanding its 5G and AIoT ecosystem in recent years; Yingmu Technology focuses on the research and development of AR smart glasses and has technological advantages in virtual-real fusion and human-computer interaction.

In terms of products, INMO Technology launched two AR glasses products in November 2024—INMO GO 2 and INMO AIR 3, focusing on translation and light office scenarios respectively.
Among them, INMO GO 2 is the world's first AR glasses to support streaming simultaneous interpretation, enabling online translation and offline speech recognition for 40 languages. The product is equipped with JBD's Micro LED light engine and adopts a binocular single-green + waveguide design.
The INMO AIR 3 is the world's first 1080P all-in-one AR glasses, featuring a Sony 0.44-inch Micro OLED screen and array waveguide, boasting a 1920×1080 resolution. (Source: Coolpad, compiled)
