The 12th World Games (Chengdu World Games) will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, from August 7 to 17, 2025. The Games will be held in 25 venues, with nearly 4,000 athletes from around the world competing in 256 events.
As a key visual presentation technology for this World Games, LED displays were widely used in various scenarios. Companies such as BOE, Unilumin Technology, Nanjing Lopu, Shanghai Sansi, and Altai provided technical support for the venue construction, live broadcasting, and information display of the Games, ensuring the smooth running of the event.
BOE: Building the World's Longest Continuous LED Display <br /> BOE's "Tianfu Grand Eaves" for the opening ceremony of the World Games is the world's longest continuous LED giant screen, with a total length of 408.5 meters, a width of 26.7 meters, a total area of approximately 11,000 square meters, and a viewing distance of up to 6 kilometers.

In addition, BOE provided LED metal light strip screens for the Tianfu Twin Towers on Jiazi Avenue in Chengdu High-tech Zone. The screens were installed on the metal frame of the facade, with a total length of about 162,000 meters and a screen area of about 52,000 square meters.
Unilumin Technology: Providing LED display products and systems <br /> The Sichuan Provincial Gymnasium hosted Muay Thai and kickboxing events. The main fighting screen in the gymnasium used Unilumin's UslimIII series LED display, while the second and third layer circular screens used P4 displays.

The swimming pool at the Sanchahu Campus of Chengdu Sport University has a building area of over 27,000 square meters and will host lifesaving and diving competitions during the event. The scoring screen inside the pool uses a Lanpu LED display screen from Unilumin Group.
The track and field stadium at the Sanchahu Campus of Chengdu University of Physical Education is the venue for the Frisbee (team) event, and the LED screen in the stands is provided by Lanpu.
Nanjing Lopu: Building a Multi-Scene Adaptable LED Display System <br /> Lopu provided high-definition LED displays for three venues at Chengdu Dong'an Lake Sports Park, covering a total area of 445 square meters, encompassing the World Games cheerleading, gymnastics, and other events. The multi-functional gymnasium is equipped with two end screens and an extra-long circular screen (316.5 meters in circumference), capable of panoramic live streaming and split-screen display of scores and athlete information.

Shanghai Sansi: Customized Full-Scene LED Solutions <br /> At Dong'an Lake Sports Park, Shanghai Sansi created a 254-square-meter LED dome screen. In addition, the nearly 200-square-meter 14-sided spliced LED dome screen at Chengdu High-tech Zone Sports Center also used Shanghai Sansi's products.

Altair: Building an LED System with 3D Display Effects <br /> During the National Games, Altair built a naked-eye 3D display system with a total area of approximately 850 square meters for Chengdu Metro, covering 44 LED pillars across 14 metro lines and 19 stations, for displaying event information, traffic guidance, and multilingual services.

Xin Yasheng: Providing Transparent Screen Series Products <br /> Xin Yasheng provided 1142㎡ of transparent screen MT series for the opening ceremony of the World Games, which was installed on both sides of the main screen of "Tianfu Eaves" at the Chengdu Tianfu International Convention Center for the visual presentation of the event.
