According to Hongli Zhihui's WeChat official account, since its release in May this year, a leading drone brand's new flagship model has been launched and is on sale. The accompanying remote control uses a 7.02-inch Mini LED touch screen developed by Hongli Display, a subsidiary of Hongli Zhihui.
According to reports, the screen uses Mini LED backlight technology with a maximum brightness of 1400 nits. It features a 384-zone independent light control design, which improves contrast and reduces light leakage in dark areas and light overflow in bright areas. It is suitable for flight parameter viewing and video monitoring needs in bright environments.
Hongli Display has also customized the design of the remote controller for the flight control application of Mini LED screens, taking into account the requirements of power consumption, heat dissipation and thinness, so as to adapt to the use needs in complex environments such as high temperature and strong light.

The company's backlight product manager stated that for display products used outdoors or in strong light environments, ordinary screens often face challenges such as blurry images and color distortion. Mini LED backlighting, with its core advantages of ultra-high brightness and ultra-high contrast, easily overcomes this bottleneck. Even under direct sunlight, screens equipped with Mini LED backlighting maintain image clarity, without glare or distortion, ensuring safe flight.
Hongli Display has been involved in the Mini LED field since 2019 and has developed two technology routes: COB and POB. Its products cover different size segments, from VR devices and laptops to TVs. The company has built Mini LED backlight production lines ranging from small to medium and large sizes, and is equipped with more than 30 inspection devices covering incoming materials, processes, and shipments, as well as a reliability laboratory and clean production workshop.
