According to Qichacha's official website, on August 5, JBD, a Micro LED microdisplay company, completed a new round of financing, with investors including Shanghai NuoTie and Guangyue Investment.

This is JBD's second round of financing this year. Back in late May, China Merchants China Fund announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Tianzheng Investment Co., Ltd., had invested RMB 30 million in JBD, participating in its Series B financing.
It is worth noting that since 2018, JBD has completed ten rounds of financing, with investors including Ant Group, Geely Capital, GF Securities, Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Fund, Chaos Investment and many other well-known institutions.
Public information shows that JBD focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of Micro LED micro-display technology. Its products are widely used in AR/VR near-eye displays, micro-projection, HUD head-up displays, 3D printing, motion optics and light field displays and other fields.
The company has built a mature product line of color and monochrome Micro LED light engines, covering a variety of sizes. Representative products include the "Hummingbird" series light engines and the "Phoenix" series of single-chip full-color micro displays.
In the AR glasses field, JBD's Micro LED products have been applied to multiple end products. In terms of the latest development, Alibaba's Micro LED AR smart glasses are equipped with JBD's second-generation Hummingbird Mini 0.15cc single green optical engine. (Compiled)
