On August 8th, it was reported that Huaxia Leyard's Huanying Island LED cinema screen was lit up and put into use at the Womei Cinema in Zibo, Shandong. This is reportedly the first 4K 20m Huanying Island LED cinema screen project to be implemented in Shandong Province.
This LED cinema screen features 4K resolution, 300 nits of high brightness, high frame rate, ultra-wide color gamut, and a 170° ultra-wide viewing angle.
Huaxia Liad stated that the launch of Huanying Island LED Cinema in Zibo, Shandong will reshape the cinema industry and introduce more diversified non-cinema content, upgrading the cinema venue into a comprehensive entertainment and consumption experience space, thus contributing to the development of Zibo's cultural industry.
According to available information, Huaxia Leyard is a joint venture established by Leyard and China Film Group, with both parties engaging in in-depth cooperation on cinema displays. Currently, all of Huaxia Leyard's LED cinema screens have passed DCI and China Film Science and Technology Research Institute certifications, covering full-size spaces from VIP halls to giant screen halls.

Since the beginning of this year, Huaxia Liad's Huanying Island LED cinema screens have been successively installed in cinemas across the country, including Shanghai AI CINEMAS LED Giant Screen Cinema and Yinchuan Yuecaicheng Womei Cinema. To date, Huanying Island LED cinema spaces have been deployed in more than 20 locations nationwide.
