Recently, MLS officially announced the establishment of its Aviation Lighting Division. This move aims to introduce the company's years of accumulated LED lighting technology advantages into the aviation field and contribute to the development of the low-altitude economy.
MLS stated that LED lighting technology occupies an important position in the modern lighting field due to its high efficiency, long lifespan, low energy consumption, and environmental friendliness. In aviation lighting, LED technology can ensure flight safety for general aviation airports, helicopters, and drones in adverse weather and complex conditions, while its long lifespan and low maintenance costs alleviate the operational burden on airlines.
With the rapid development of the global aviation industry, the demand for efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly lighting solutions is becoming increasingly urgent. In order to adapt to the development trend of new LED applications, MLS has decided to jointly establish an aviation lighting division by combining its lighting brand business and LED intelligent manufacturing team, focusing on the research and development and production of various products for low-altitude aircraft lighting and ground guidance lighting.

It is understood that MLS focuses on deepening and expanding its two core businesses: branded lighting and LED intelligent manufacturing.
In overseas markets, MLS owns international brands such as "LEDVANCE" and "SYLVANIA", and its products cover a variety of new lighting fixtures, intelligent lighting solutions and LED-related electronic components. In the domestic market, "MLS" brand products cover multiple fields such as intelligent lighting, plant lighting, photovoltaic energy storage and air purification.
This year, MLS has gradually adjusted its domestic and international lighting product structure and achieved good results. The gross profit margin of both LEDVANCE and the MLS brand business has increased compared to the same period last year. In the first three quarters of this year, the company achieved revenue of RMB 12.19 billion and net profit attributable to the parent company of RMB 363 million, a year-on-year increase of 3.48%.
It is worth mentioning that, in order to further promote the company's business development, MLS announced in July this year that it would increase the capital of its two subsidiaries, MLS General and MLS Optoelectronics, with a total capital increase of nearly 400 million yuan. Among them, MLS General received a capital increase of 95 million yuan, and MLS Optoelectronics received a capital increase of 300 million yuan.
