These design reference kits are designed to simplify product development across multiple sectors, including automotive, augmented reality (AR), consumer electronics, and lighting, helping companies bring Micro LED technology products to market faster and more cost-effectively.
VueReal states that these design reference kits are an important step in simplifying and popularizing Micro LED integration. The kits help companies design and manufacture innovative Micro LED products more efficiently, reducing costs and shortening time to market. At CES 2025, VueReal will showcase its design reference kits and the capabilities of its patented MicroSolid Printing™ technology.
VueReal has reportedly achieved highly efficient mass transfer of LED chips from wafer to backplane using its proprietary MicroSolid Printing™ technology platform, enabling the fabrication of high-performance active-matrix Micro LED displays. VueReal is currently actively promoting the application of its Micro LED technology in consumer electronics such as wearable devices, televisions, IT applications, and AR.
Currently, in addition to manufacturing Micro LED displays and lighting products for the automotive industry in Canada, VueReal also licenses its MicroSolid Printing™ technology to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), display manufacturers, and hardware manufacturers worldwide.
It is worth noting that in 2024, VueReal made frequent moves in the Micro LED field. It deepened its cooperation with Ritsu Technology and established a strategic partnership with semiconductor equipment manufacturer Toray Engineering of Japan, combining MicroSolid Printing™ technology with Toray's PL inspection tools to improve the inspection efficiency of Micro LED.
In terms of products, VueReal collaborated with Continental AG of Germany to develop Micro LED automotive display products. In May, VueReal launched the new full-color AR microdisplay ColourFusion™, which improves the clarity and color accuracy standards of microdisplays. In the same month, VueReal launched QuantumVue™, a low-cost, high-performance Micro LED large-format display technology solution. (Compiled by Irving)
