The 2025 International Display Technology Conference has begun.
On March 22, the 2025 International Display Technology Conference (ICDT) grandly opened at the Xiamen Baixiang Convention and Exhibition Center. Since its successful inaugural event in 2017, ICDT has become an annual grand event in the global display technology field, attracting display technology elites from all over the world. World's first Micro-LED product, "InviLux"
On March 23, Chenxian Optoelectronics unveiled the world's first TFT-based Micro-LED textured screen, "InviLux," at the ICDT exhibition. This innovative product utilizes micro-nano texture coating technology to display various texture effects such as wood grain, marble, and metal, and supports customized designs. It is not just a screen, but can also transform into a wall, furniture, or art installation, perfectly integrating into various scenarios. Unlike the visually disjointed "black blocks" of traditional screens when off, "InviLux" displays a bright image when powered on and seamlessly blends with the background when powered off. Through this product, Chenxian Optoelectronics once again demonstrates its innovative strength in display technology and its profound understanding of user needs.

"InviLux": A New Height in Micro-LED Technology. Developed jointly by Chenxian Optoelectronics and Visionox Research Institute, "InviLux" marks a significant breakthrough in the practicality and aesthetics of Micro-LED technology. This product boasts a high brightness of 600 nits and a pixel pitch variation rate of less than 10%, ensuring the continuity of the image when multiple screens are spliced ​​together. Furthermore, due to the high reliability and long lifespan of Micro-LEDs, "InviLux" shows broad application prospects in smart homes, high-end retail, and digital art.

Chenxian Optoelectronics: Open Collaboration, Leading the Technological Frontier <br /> At the "5th Micro/Mini LED Display Key Technology Roadmap Seminar" held concurrently, Dr. Cao Xuan, Vice General Manager and CTO of Chenxian Optoelectronics, discussed in depth the technical challenges of Micro-LED packaging and splicing, as well as Chenxian Optoelectronics' latest project progress in this field.

Dr. Cao Xuan pointed out that the seam gap is a crucial factor affecting the visual effect of TFT-based Micro-LED video walls. Chenxian Optoelectronics has achieved a near-seamless visual effect by establishing splicing optical characterization standards, optimizing edge pixel structure, and employing glass sidewall protection processes and encapsulation material optimization to control the seam width to within 20 micrometers.

The issue of split-view images is caused by significant differences in the light patterns of LEDs across different screens. The root cause lies in the inconsistencies in quantum dot thickness uniformity and wafer etching control during LED chip manufacturing. Chenxian Optoelectronics has effectively solved this problem by optimizing epitaxial growth processes, wafer etching processes, and employing a Micro-Lens structure design. After calibration, the TFT-based Micro-LED splicing screen maintains a consistent image quality from both front and side viewing angles.

At this exhibition, Chenxian Optoelectronics also showcased a rich array of products, including an 88-inch P0.5 TFT-based Micro-LED splicing screen and the world's first TFT-based Micro-LED transparent screen. Among them, the company's world's first P0.5 Micro-LED transparent splicing screen won the 2025 SID China Display Industry Award [Expert Judge Gold Award], demonstrating Chenxian's leading technological capabilities in the Micro-LED field.
