This product uses Micro LED display with a pixel size of 3.75μm, supports monochrome (R/G/B/UV), has MIPI/SPI interface, and operates in a temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃. It has advantages such as high brightness, low power consumption and miniaturization, and its application scenarios cover consumer entertainment, medical, education, industrial and military fields. It is positioned as the core hardware for the next generation of smart wearables.

According to public information, Qiushui Semiconductor was founded in 2022. Its core technology is damage-free Micro-LED chip process, which combines 8-inch silicon-based and hybrid bonding processes to solve the problems of efficiency, yield and colorization of Micro LED. Related products have been mass-produced and shipped in the automotive lighting field.

Since the beginning of this year, with the rise in popularity of AR glasses, Micro LED has become a key display technology for manufacturers due to its advantages such as high brightness, high contrast and low power consumption, and many companies have successively launched new products:

On September 11, BOE and HC SemiTek released a 0.13-inch Micro LED display module with a peak brightness of 4 million nits; on June 10, SAIFULS launched its T3 series 0.13-inch monolithic full-color microdisplay, achieving RGB integration based on its proprietary NPQD technology; in May, Toyoda Gosei of Japan developed a full-color Micro LED microdisplay based on stacked InGaN materials, targeting applications such as AR glasses, VR devices, and high-resolution viewfinders.
