On May 20, Opple Lighting and the Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences") officially signed a cooperation agreement on plant lighting technology. The two parties will focus on the application of LED lighting technology in facility agriculture and establish a closed-loop mechanism of "technology research and development + crop verification + scenario implementation".

Opple Lighting stated that this collaboration will further enhance Opple's capabilities in the research and development and application of plant lighting products, creating LED plant lighting fixtures and customized lighting solutions that are more suitable for China's facility agriculture.
It is reported that Opple Lighting has been continuously investing in research and development in the field of plant lighting. It has developed a series of LED plant lighting fixtures with high luminous efficiency, low energy consumption and adjustable spectrum for different planting scenarios, and has provided customized lighting solutions. These products are widely used in greenhouse crops such as eggplant and solanaceous plants.
Currently, Opple Lighting's LED plant lighting series has completed multiple rounds of field tests in agricultural settings such as film greenhouses and Venlo greenhouses, forming professional lighting solutions covering stages such as planting and vegetative growth.
In addition, through modular product combinations and a digital lighting control platform, Opple Lighting's plant lighting series can achieve zoned dimming, remote management, and energy efficiency optimization, helping growers improve light utilization efficiency, control energy consumption, and achieve stable and efficient crop growth.
