The annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2025) will be held in Las Vegas from January 7th to 10th, 2025. AU Optronics and its subsidiary BHTC (Behr-Hella Thermocontrol GmbH) will showcase their latest Display HMI solution at CES, featuring a next-generation smart cockpit.
AU Optronics announced that it will expand its exhibition at CES 2025 under the theme "Infinite Future, Unlimited Possibilities," and will jointly showcase a new smart cockpit integrating Micro LED technology and human-centered interactive design with BHTC.

AUO plans to showcase its next-generation smart cockpit at CES, featuring an immersive, user-centric Display HMI solution that integrates Micro LED technology with BHTC's automotive development capabilities. Leveraging the advantages of Micro LED technology, such as transparency, flexibility, and large size, and combined with interactive control design, the solution demonstrates AUO's forward-thinking approach from the front dashboard to the entire cabin, making all functions and usage scenarios of the smart cockpit more human-centered.

AUO will also showcase numerous green solutions that are actually used in consumer electronics by its brand customers, such as energy-saving AmLED technology, cholesterol liquid crystal (ChLCD) displays that achieve zero energy consumption, recycled post-consumer plastics (PCR), and laptops that use all-green electricity to produce panels.
It's worth noting that AU Optronics has incorporated its Smart Mobility Business Group and BHTC, which it acquired this year, into a newly established wholly-owned subsidiary, AU Optronics Smart Mobility. This move aims to accelerate multinational management and system integration, and to continue driving the expansion of its automotive business and R&D innovation.
