On August 21, NIO launched the pre-sale of its new ES8.

The cabin of this vehicle features a 1.4-meter-long SKYLine dual 24-inch digital skyline screen. This skyline screen adopts Longli Technology's latest Mini LED backlight technology, with up to 1,610 zones, 5K screen resolution, 1,200 nits brightness, a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1, a color depth of 10-bit, and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage.

In addition, the 21.4-inch ultra-large ceiling-mounted entertainment screen, a first for the NIO ES8, also uses Longli Technology's Mini LED backlight technology. This screen has a total of 1,914 zones, a 3K resolution, a brightness of 1,000 nits, a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1, and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage.

It is worth noting that the new LS6 model launched last week features a standard 27.1-inch cockpit screen, which also uses Longli Technology's Mini LED display technology, with 5K resolution, 100,000:1 contrast ratio and 800 nits brightness.
According to public information, Longli Technology is a provider specializing in overall backlight display module solutions. It has formed a diversified business layout with consumer electronics such as mobile phones/tablets/notebooks as its basic business; rapidly growing automotive display business and LIPO business as its two core businesses; and N businesses with future growth potential, such as AR/VR displays and new precision structural components related to new smart hardware terminals.
In the first half of this year, Longli Technology continued to accelerate the penetration of its Mini LED technology into business areas such as automotive. Driven by increased sales in the automotive sector, Longli Technology achieved revenue of 710 million yuan during the reporting period, a year-on-year increase of 14.46%.
