On September 23, Woguang Optoelectronics released a revised draft of its 2025 plan to issue A-shares to specific targets.

The company has adjusted the total investment amount for the "Glass-based Mini LED Display Backlight Module Project," increasing it from RMB 1,918,813,600 to RMB 2,005,813,600. Apart from this, the total amount of funds raised in this offering and the planned investment amount remain unchanged.

The glass-based Mini LED display backlight module project is being implemented by Jiangxi Dehong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Woge Optoelectronics, with a construction period of 24 months. The project plans to renovate the existing factory buildings and introduce advanced equipment, and upon completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 6.05 million glass-based Mini LED backlight modules.

It is understood that Wogel Optoelectronics maintains a high level of investment in the field of glass-based materials. Previously, the company's glass-based circuit boards were used in the Mini LED backlight of Hisense's Dasheng G9 gaming monitor. This monitor, leveraging the technological advantages of its high-precision glass-based circuit boards with extremely small linewidth and spacing, can achieve 2,304 independently controlled light areas.

Regarding projects, Jiangxi Dehong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Woge Optoelectronics, has already put its first phase of a 5 million square meter annual glass substrate production project, with a capacity of 1 million square meters, into operation in the second half of 2024. In May of this year, Woge Optoelectronics achieved mass production of its glass-based MiniLED light panels. (Compiled)
