On September 26, MLS announced that it had recently signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with JD Technology Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JD Technology"), a subsidiary of JD.com, establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership between the two parties.

This collaboration will focus on global expansion and intelligent upgrades. Both parties will leverage digital technology to optimize MLS's supply chain and establish a demonstration base for unmanned warehouses in Europe to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operating costs. Simultaneously, they will explore the application of digital currencies in cross-border payments, prioritizing the use of JD.com's stablecoin to mitigate exchange rate risks.
In terms of technology and industry synergy, MLS's global sales network will be combined with JD.com's capabilities in artificial intelligence and cloud computing to develop smart manufacturing solutions. The two companies also plan to launch customized enterprise solutions to optimize human resource structures and enhance talent attraction.
According to available information, MLS's business primarily focuses on two major sectors: branded lighting and LED intelligent manufacturing. Through brands such as "LEDVANCE" and "SYLVANIA," it has established a global market presence and solidified its overseas channel advantages. The company's sales network covers more than 150 countries and regions, maintaining a stable presence in markets such as North America and Europe, while simultaneously expanding into emerging markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
In the first half of this year, MLS achieved operating revenue of 7.919 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.21%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 154 million yuan, basic earnings per share were 0.1 yuan, and gross profit margin was 28.16%.
During the reporting period, the company continued to promote the integration of intelligent manufacturing with its global sales network, with products covering fields such as intelligent lighting, plant lighting, photovoltaic energy storage, and air purification.
