On November 3, at the 2025 World Display Industry Innovation and Development Conference held at the Chengdu Tianfu International Convention Center, Chenxian Optoelectronics showcased the breakthroughs and mass production progress of the Micro-LED industry chain during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.
At the conference, Chenxian Optoelectronics launched the world's first 8K TFT-based Micro-LED display. This 270-inch screen features a 0.7mm pixel pitch, supports 8K resolution, and can display over 33 million pixels. Through AM active drive technology, each pixel is independently controlled, resulting in uniform brightness and improved color reproduction. This display can be applied to cinemas, command centers, and high-end commercial displays.

In addition to the 8K large screen, Chenxian Optoelectronics also showcased several innovative products, including the world's first 13.55-inch P0.7 TFT-based Micro-LED splicing module, featuring high flatness and extremely narrow bezels, suitable for ultra-high-definition commercial display applications; the world's first 27-inch P0.7 TFT-based Micro-LED textured screen, combining display with spatial decoration; and the world's first 19-inch P0.4 TFT-based Micro-LED transparent screen, with a transmittance of 72% and support for touch interaction, providing a new way of immersive display.
Chenxian Optoelectronics stated that the company has established a comprehensive Micro-LED technology system covering all aspects, including light-emitting chips, driver ICs, encapsulation films, laser lift-off, and mass transfer equipment, and has undertaken key national and provincial R&D projects. In the future, the company plans to continue advancing R&D and industrialization, expanding the application of Micro-LEDs in professional displays and commercial fields.
According to reports, Chenxian Optoelectronics focuses on Micro-LED display technology and has developed a number of world's first Micro-LED products. Since the beginning of this year, it has successively released a series of products, including the world's first mass-produced 135-inch P0.7 Micro-LED splicing screen, the world's first 88-inch P0.5 TFT-based Micro-LED splicing screen, and the world's thinnest TFT-based Micro-LED display screen.
In terms of capacity building, in December 2024, Chenxian Optoelectronics successfully lit up the first TFT-based Micro-LED mass production line in mainland China.
In terms of industry cooperation, Chenxian Optoelectronics and Qingdao Haier Multimedia signed a strategic cooperation agreement in June this year. According to the agreement, the two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of LED commercial displays, taking TFT-based Micro-LED technology as the core to promote the application of high-end commercial display products, while also covering diversified solutions for traditional LED products.
In terms of technological research and development, in March of this year, Chenxian Optoelectronics, in collaboration with a team from Peking University, made progress in the field of Micro-LED research. The team's research achieved comprehensive performance optimization for display driving applications by optimizing the gate dielectric layer and passivation layer of CNT TFTs. (Compiled)
