On December 5th, AR glasses brand XREAL launched the world's first consumer-grade AR glasses supporting native 3DoF (three degrees of freedom) – the XREAL One series.
This product series includes two models, XREAL One and XREAL One Pro, priced at $499 and $599 internationally, respectively, while in China they are priced at 3,299 RMB. They are expected to officially go on sale on December 10th at 8:00 PM.

The core feature of the XREAL One series is its self-developed spatial computing chip, X1, which enables the glasses to have built-in three-degree-of-freedom tracking capabilities and can be used without additional adapters.
In terms of display technology, the XREAL One uses a 0.68-inch Micro OLED screen from Sony, supporting a 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, while keeping the latency within 3 milliseconds.
To provide a superior visual experience, the XREAL One supports color accuracy ΔE<3, boasts a 50° viewing angle, can project a screen up to 147 inches, and delivers a brightness of up to 600 nits. Furthermore, it supports interpupillary distance adjustment, a 32:9 ultrawide screen mode, and electrochromic color dimming.
As the high-end model in the series, the XREAL One Pro is an upgrade from the XREAL One. Its viewing angle has increased from 50° to 57°, and the screen has been upgraded to Sony's new generation 0.55-inch Micro OLED screen with a brightness of 700 nits. It also features the more advanced Optic Engine 4.0 optical engine.
Both glasses can connect to devices such as iPhones, Android devices, Steam Deck, Windows PCs, and MacBooks via USB-C cable, and can also be used as external virtual screens for these devices. The XREAL One series also features Bose audio technology and weighs only 84 grams, ensuring a lightweight feel when worn.
It is reported that XREAL has established a strategic partnership with Dr. Glasses, under which Dr. Glasses will be responsible for the sales and brand promotion of the XREAL One series in 100 stores nationwide, and will also provide professional eyewear fitting services. (Compiled)
