On February 21st, BOE and Skyworth jointly held an ADS Pro new product launch event in Fuzhou, unveiling a brand-new ultra-black wide-angle paper-like screen based on ADS Pro technology, which made its global debut on Skyworth's A5F Pro series. Through the "golden combination" of BOE's unique ADS Pro display technology and Mini LED backlighting, the Skyworth A5F Pro series achieves a more realistic, clearer, and eye-friendly picture quality, building upon its advantages of high ambient light contrast and no color shift across all viewing angles. Coupled with Skyworth's self-developed AI intelligent agent, this new product launch not only sets a new benchmark for the combination of LCD display and Mini LED backlighting but also leads the industry towards the ultimate visual experience with picture quality surpassing OLED.

During the launch event, Wang Runqi, Senior Vice President of BOE, stated, "ADS Pro delivers excellent picture quality with no color shift or fading from any viewing angle, while faithfully reproducing colors. We are delighted to partner with Skyworth to launch this new ADS Pro product, contributing to LCD innovation and user experience upgrades." Dong Haitao, Executive Vice President of Skyworth Group's TV Company, added, "Skyworth, together with BOE, is committed to continuously launching high-quality products tailored to user needs, creating a new era of bold disruption and continuous change."
In recent years, consumers' pursuit of high-definition viewing experiences has been continuously upgrading, driving the widespread adoption of Mini LED TVs in the high-end market. BOE's unique ADS Pro display technology is the perfect complement to Mini LED backlighting technology in the current market. Through this golden combination, the new A5F Pro series TVs achieve display effects surpassing OLED. Based on BOE's ADS Pro high-end LCD display technology, BOE and Skyworth jointly customized the A5F Pro ultra-black wide-angle paper-like screen, achieving significant advantages such as ultra-high ambient light contrast and no color shift across all viewing angles, resulting in a significantly improved viewing experience for users.

In terms of contrast, thanks to its built-in LR low-reflection layer, the Skyworth A5F Pro achieves higher contrast, with darker blacks and brighter clears, truly reproducing "natural black" image quality. Remarkably, in a real living room lighting environment of 100 lux, the A5F Pro's ambient light contrast performance even surpasses that of OLED.

In terms of viewing angle, the BOE ADS Pro achieves an ultra-wide contrast viewing angle of nearly 180 degrees and an ultra-large color fidelity viewing angle. Combined with the STW full-view compensation layer, it greatly optimizes the color attenuation and color shift problems that occur when viewing traditional TVs from the side. This allows the A5F Pro to maintain clarity, color accuracy, and picture quality under various lighting and multi-angle viewing conditions. In terms of color picture quality, the ADS Pro's high ambient light contrast and full-view color shift-free performance complement the high HDR and extreme dark picture quality of the Mini LED backlight. With the help of Skyworth's self-developed AI picture quality chip, the A5F Pro series can achieve full-link AI halo control, improving halo control capability by 70.5%.

In terms of brightness and eye protection, the A5F Pro boasts a peak brightness of up to 2000 nits, coupled with an AG anti-glare layer to achieve zero reflection and zero glare. Even in well-lit environments, it delivers a clear picture while reducing blue light hazards, providing users with a viewing experience that combines high image quality with eye protection. The Skyworth A5F Pro also excels in sound quality and smart features, employing the only built-in 4.2-channel soundbar in its class. It also features the Coocaa AI assistant and a full-fledged DeepSeek-R1 interface, further enhancing its intelligence and interactive experience. This allows users to experience a sensory enjoyment that is "more transparent than OLED and more versatile than high-end Mini LED" in real-world scenarios.

It is understood that the Skyworth A5F Pro series monitors are exclusively supplied by BOE (Beijing Oriental Electronics). Multiple high-generation LCD production lines, including the BOE 8.5-generation line in Fuzhou, will ensure the high-quality delivery of the Skyworth A5F Pro series. The BOE 8.5-generation line in Fuzhou, as the only display company in mainland China selected as a "Lighthouse Factory" by the World Economic Forum, is a microcosm of BOE's intelligent manufacturing. Through the construction of a fully automated production system and the adoption of artificial intelligence technology, it has built an AI-driven defect analysis, quality management, and production scheduling system, becoming a benchmark and a model of sustainable development in the field of intelligent manufacturing.

As a leading global semiconductor display company, BOE has ranked first globally in TV display shipments for seven consecutive years (Omdia data). Its self-developed ADS Pro is currently the mainstream LCD display technology with the highest shipment volume and the most widely used hard-screen LCD display technology, covering everything from mobile phones, tablets, and laptops in an era where displays are ubiquitous. BOE uses displays as a touchpoint to connect with ecosystem partners to deepen innovation collaboration. Relying on a series of high-end display technology brands such as ADS Pro, it has built the "Powered by BOE" industrial value innovation ecosystem, injecting momentum into the vigorous development of the display industry. In the future, BOE will continue to focus on its "Internet of Things for Screens" strategy, working with global partners to explore new frontiers in display technology, leading new trends in industry development with its screen strength.
