Focusing on Intelligent Vision for Automobiles | Jinko Electronics Presents a Brilliant Showcase at ALE 2025, Winning Two Major Industry Awards

On March 26, 2025, Guangdong Jinko Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinko Electronics", stock code: 2551.HK) showcased its innovative product lineup at the 20th Automotive Lighting Industry Development Technology Forum and Shanghai International Auto Lighting Exhibition (ALE), and won the "Outstanding Supplier Award in the Automotive Lighting Industry". At the same time, Jinko Electronics also won the "SEMI Sustainable Development Outstanding Contribution Award" at SEMICON CHINA 2025.

I. Jinko Electronics showcases a range of intelligent automotive vision products at the 2025 ALE event.

From March 26th to 28th, Jinko Electronics showcased a range of cutting-edge automotive intelligent vision products at ALE, attracting visitors from OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industry professionals for tours and exchanges. This fully demonstrates the attention and recognition that Jinko Electronics has for the automotive vision field.

At this exhibition, Jinko Electronics showcased a range of innovative products for applications such as smart headlights, in-vehicle interaction, in-vehicle backlighting, and HUDs. These included: high-precision pixel-integrated matrix headlights, full-color/white/red light interactive modules, in-vehicle backlight modules, AR-HUDs, and its accumulated technological strength in automotive applications, with 8 million automotive-grade LED products already in use.

01. High-Precision Pixel-Integrated Matrix Headlights <br /> In the field of automotive intelligent headlights, Jinko Electronics showcased several highly integrated multi-pixel matrix headlight products. Among them, Jinko Electronics' 3040 32-pixel ADB module provides a mature and reliable high-performance matrix headlight solution, with precise light distribution and intelligent control functions, helping vehicle lights achieve more advanced and intelligent application scenarios. This product uses Jinko Electronics' independently developed 32-pixel integrated LED light source, with a pixel pitch as fine as 0.1 mm, a contrast ratio of 200:1, and a size of 30 mm * 40 mm. Multi-layer optical lenses eliminate distortion, enabling adaptive lighting functions and clear bright and dark zone boundaries, ensuring precise zone control and clear lighting imaging.

02. Full-Color/White/Red Interactive Modules <br /> In the field of automotive interactive applications, Jinko Electronics presents the Mini 1010 RGB P1.5 full-color interactive module, the 2016 white P2.8 interactive module, and the 2016 ultra-red P2.8 interactive module. Among them, the Jinko Electronics Mini 1010 RGB P1.5 full-color interactive module features high brightness and low power consumption. This product adopts a pioneering one-piece seamless splicing technology to achieve full-color display with a P1.5 mm pixel pitch, supporting smooth animation effects. The flexible PCBA's innovative shape-adaptive design and standard package provide flexible adaptability. Combined with a precise electronic communication control architecture, it integrates automatic brightness/color correction and high-temperature protection functions to ensure stable operation in harsh environments, providing a highly reliable solution for automotive displays.

03. Automotive Backlight Modules <br /> In the field of automotive backlighting, Jinko Electronics showcased several mature application solutions, including: a new 15.6-inch automotive display Mini LED COB backlight module, and a 12.3-inch direct-lit LED backlight module solution with ultra-high cost performance.

Among them, the 15.6-inch Mini LED COB backlight module has 1590 zones and adopts independent zone control technology to achieve precise dimming of a single lamp in a single zone. The NTSC color gamut coverage reaches 100%, which can meet the ultimate requirements of high-end automotive displays for picture quality and color.

The 12.3-inch direct-lit LED backlight module uses Jinko Electronics' self-developed automotive-grade 1515 components, which feature 216-zone local dimming. Combined with EMC packaging and a four-sided light-emitting design, it effectively improves display uniformity and reliability, offering both performance and cost advantages, and is suitable for various automotive display applications.

04. HUD
In the field of head-up displays (HUDs), Jinko Solar offers two solutions: AR-HUD and W-HUD. Both utilize Jinko Solar's self-developed automotive-grade 3030 white LED light source, boasting advantages such as high power and high reliability. AR-HUD features an ultra-wide viewing angle of 9°*3° (H * V), an imaging distance of 7.5 meters, a resolution exceeding 800*480, and a brightness exceeding 12000 nits. The system achieves clear and stable high-quality imaging through optical element deformation compensation and software algorithm fusion optimization. The platform-based software architecture supports flexible configuration of the HMI interface and algorithm library, providing a safer and more intuitive augmented reality display experience for smart cockpits.

05. Jinko Electronics' Mature Automotive-Grade LED Light Sources for Automotive Applications <br /> Jinko Electronics' automotive-grade LED components have achieved comprehensive coverage in both interior and exterior automotive applications. Among them, Jinko Electronics' lighting products for ADAS applications are particularly noteworthy, with related technologies reaching mature application levels as early as 2023.

At this exhibition, Jinko Electronics showcased its Cyan Color LED product, which precisely matches the international standard blue-green coordinate system (Cyan), exhibiting excellent color consistency and stability. It has already achieved mass production and passed Tier 1 customer certification. This product offers two technical solutions: chip-based light emission and phosphor-converted light, with a power range from 0.1W to 1W, flexibly meeting the needs of different application scenarios and providing a reliable visual recognition light source for intelligent autonomous driving status indication systems.

Furthermore, Jinko Electronics' ceramic-packaged high-power LED products have achieved internationally advanced performance levels, featuring high power, high brightness, and excellent reliability. The products utilize advanced flip-chip packaging technology, significantly optimizing photothermal management and ensuring long-term stable application in demanding automotive environments. Among them, the 3W high-power LED headlight source has achieved large-scale application, with a cumulative installation volume exceeding 1 million units; the 1519 small-facet 5W and 3-core 9W high-power series products are widely used in various scenarios such as automotive headlights (high and low beams), daytime running lights (DRLs), and turn signals, providing efficient and stable light source solutions for automotive lighting systems.

Jinko Electronics has won the "Outstanding Supplier Award in the Automotive Lighting Industry" for its technological strength and market performance in the field of automotive intelligent vision. To date, Jinko Electronics has established in-depth partnerships with more than 20 domestic OEMs, automotive brands, and Tier 1 suppliers.
