On November 12, Even Realities, an AR glasses company, officially launched its second-generation AR glasses, Even G2, through an online press conference.

Compared to its predecessor, the most noticeable change in the Even G2 is its design. The temples have been compressed to only a few millimeters thick, further reducing the body weight. Combined with screwless hinges and a magnesium alloy sandstone overlay, it meets the needs of prolonged wear.
Optically, the Even G2 uses a single green Micro LED microdisplay with a dual-lens, dual-optical-engine design and is equipped with high-precision multi-layer waveguide lenses. It boasts a 640×350 resolution, a 27.5° field of view, a peak brightness of 1200 nits, a 60Hz refresh rate, and 98% light transmittance. The display screen is 75% larger than its predecessor, with 50% improved sharpness and 100% improved uniformity.

In addition, the new product introduces a new generation of image fusion algorithm to improve the fit between virtual information and the real environment, and the text content can be clearly displayed under sunlight; Yiwen Technology has also designed an intelligent spatial 3D dual-layer information display solution for layered display of information.

Functionally, the Even G2 removes the camera and speaker, retaining only visual output and microphone voice input. It pairs with a mobile phone via Bluetooth to complete all calculations. In everyday scenarios, users can access QuickNote for note-taking, Translate for real-time translation, Navigate for navigation prompts, and the Even AI voice assistant, projecting information directly in front of their field of vision for lightweight, instant interaction.
It is worth noting that, in order to work with the Even G2 glasses, Even Technology also released the Even R1 smart ring accessory. In addition to supporting swipe and click operations, the ring can also measure the user's heart rate, body temperature, number of steps, calorie consumption and walking distance, and display them synchronously on the Even G2 glasses.
In terms of pricing, the Even G2 is priced at $599 (approximately RMB 4242.90), while the Even R1 smart ring is priced at $249 (approximately RMB 1763.75). (Compiled)
