On the morning of March 6, the industrialization plan of Xitai Technology's 12-inch Micro OLED semiconductor microdisplay, with a total investment of 4 billion yuan, was officially signed and settled in Mianyang High-tech Zone (direct management area of Science and Technology City) in Sichuan.
The successful implementation of this project will further improve the industrial chain of new displays in Mianyang and promote the diversification of industrial technology routes. With this, Mianyang's new display industry now encompasses multiple technology routes, including Mini LED, AMOLED, and Micro OLED, forming a full range of products from large-size display panels to smart display terminals such as mobile phones and VR devices.
Xitai Technology was founded in June 2016 and is registered in Wuhu, Anhui Province. It focuses on new semiconductor display technologies and is mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of Micro OLED micro-display technology.

Currently, HITAI Technology has a variety of full-color Micro OLED display screens, ranging in size from 0.23 inches to 1.2 inches, with resolutions ranging from 640x400 to 1920x1080, which are widely used in AR, VR, MR and other fields.
Regarding specific projects, the Xitai Technology micro-display module project, located in the Liandong U-Valley Chengdu-Meishan Cooperation Digital Economy Industrial Park in Shigao Street, Meishan Tianfu New Area, plans to invest in five production lines in the New Area. These lines will primarily produce high-resolution Micro OLED micro-display devices and modules, supplying global XR terminal brands. Once fully operational, the production lines are expected to have an annual capacity of 3 million Micro OLED micro-display modules, with an annual output value of approximately 2 billion yuan.
In terms of products, at CES in January this year, HITAI showcased several full-color Micro OLED display screens, including a 0.39-inch screen with a resolution of 1024x768, a 0.49-inch screen with a resolution of 1920x1080, a 0.6-inch screen with resolutions of 1280x1024x768, 24 x 1920.68, 1920x1200, 1280x1024x20.68, 1920x1200, 1920x1200, and 5 x 1920x1255. Among them, the 1.35-inch product was exhibited for the first time and can create an immersive visual experience for high-end MR products.
In addition, HITAI also showcased its optical engine module solutions paired with 0.49-inch and 0.68-inch displays with its industry chain partners. (Compiled by Mia)
