The global display technology event, Display Week 2025 (SID), has commenced. As AI technology continues to evolve, the lines between the real and virtual worlds are becoming increasingly blurred, making display interfaces a key gateway to understanding the future "world." Ko Fu-jen explains that in the past, monitors were merely display screens in the digital space, limited to interaction methods like mice and touchscreens. However, the rapid development of AI, including applications like the metaverse, augmented reality, and AI robots, is driving the evolution of future display technologies towards greater immersion, interactivity, and integration. Ko Fu-jen pointed out that in order to meet the diverse high-specification display needs across time and space and across domains, future AI terminal devices will require more display interfaces to be connected in series, making Micro LED advanced display technology the ultimate weapon to dominate AI applications. Ko Fu-jen said that through the high-performance advantages of Micro LED display technology, such as high definition and transparency, seamless splicing for large-scale applications, and flexibility, coupled with AI functions, Micro LED applications have expanded from high-end displays to multi-level integrated hardware and software solutions in mobile, retail, medical, entertainment, education, and AI optical communication, bringing new growth momentum to the industry.
